There will be no immediate transfer of UK fighter jets to Ukraine, the defence secretary has said. Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky renewed his call for fighter jets during a visit to the UK on Wednesday - his first since the Russian invasion. บาคาร่า350 Ben Wallace told the BBC that supplying aircraft to use in the conflict would potentially take months. The defence secretary said the UK was instead focused on using alternative provision of air cover to Ukraine. Mr Wallace did not completely rule out sending aircraft to Ukraine, but said air support and supporting moving troops could be achieved by using long-range missiles and drones.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky spent much of the past week touring European capitals, appealing to leaders to send his country fighter jets. At the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ukraine was believed to have around 120 combat capable aircraft - mainly consisting of aging Soviet-era MiG-29s and Su-27s. บาคาร่าเว็บตรง But officials say they need up to 200 jets to match Moscow's air-power - which is thought to be five or six times greater than Kyiv's. Mr Zelensky is primarily seeking US-made F-16s. First built in the 1970s, the jet can travel at twice the speed of sound and can engage targets in the air or on the ground. While now eclipsed by the more modern F-35, it remains widely in use. Experts say modern fighters like the F-16 would help Ukraine strike behind Russian lines.

Few people know Vladimir Putin quite as well as Alexander Lukashenko does. The authoritarian leader of Belarus is a firm Kremlin ally and backer of what Mr Putin refers to as the "special military operation" - what most of the world calls Russia's war in Ukraine. sagaming Since his full-scale invasion of Ukraine a year ago, Mr Putin hasn't sat down with Western journalists. But today in Minsk, Mr Lukashenko took questions from a small group of foreign media, including the BBC. "Last year you allowed your country to be used as a staging ground for Russia's invasion," I reminded Mr Lukashenko. "Are you prepared to do so again?" "Yes, I'm ready," he replied. "I'm ready to provide [territory] again. I'm also ready to wage war, alongside the Russians, from the territory of Belarus. But only if someone - even a single soldier - enters our territory from there (Ukraine) with weapons to kill my people."

A small military town in Sweden's frozen north is on course to produce Europe's first commercial green steel. Giant diggers and excavators are powering through layers of mud, ice and snow at the site of a new steel plant just outside Boden, 900 km (559 miles) north of Stockholm. เซ็กซี่เกม At 09:00, the sun has only just risen and the temperature is -8C. Some of the workers are wearing three or four jackets, and have switched on the heated seats in their vehicles. Steel is usually made in blast furnaces. Fed with coking coal and iron ore, they emit large quantities of carbon dioxide and contribute to global warming. The production of steel is responsible for around 7% of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. But in Boden, the new plant will use hydrogen technology, designed to cut emissions by as much as 95%.

With only a bonfire for light and warmth on a bitter winter's night, an extended family sits at the roadside waiting for a miracle. It's not coming. บาคาร่าจีคลับ They've been here for nine days and nights but their loved ones have not been found. This personal grief is being played out in the rubble of one of the most desirable streets money can buy here. "This is one of the most luxurious residential areas in Gaziantep," says musician Yunus Emre, whose cousin and his family of four are missing. "The wealthiest live here. Those flats are sold for millions."

What if we put a giant model shark in a sparkly rainbow swimsuit? Like many great ideas, the pitch for Progress Shark - a recent Australian viral sensation - was equal parts "ridiculous" and "brilliant". The Australian Museum wanted to create a vivid and unique sign to welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors to Sydney as the city hosts the month-long World Pride festival from Friday. And - somewhat serendipitously - they already had a 10m great white, or white shark, displayed in front of the museum, on one of the city's busiest intersections. บาคาร่า 77 "We went: 'Right, well how about we just cover it in a rainbow?'" says Amanda Farrar, head of the museum's pride committee. The result, its creators say, is a queer celebration - a bold, colourful, and tasselled homage to lycra.

China has had an unusually busy and bizarre week. On Monday - as the saga over the alleged spy balloon dragged into its 11th day - a fresh spat erupted between Beijing and Manila. This one was over lasers. บาคาร่า 99 The Philippines accused China of using a "military grade" laser light on a Philippine coastguard boat. It said the incident had happened on 6 February when the boat was attempting to take supplies to the Sierra Madre, a vessel that is used as a Filipino naval outpost in the South China Sea; and that a Chinese vessel intercepted the Filipino coast guard boat, blocked its way and used a laser device to temporarily blind the crew. It's not clear what sort of device the Chinese crew used or how powerful it was, but laser weapons designed to damage eyesight are banned under UN convention. The incident has been quickly condemned by a host of countries including the United States, Australia, Japan and Germany.

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has ruled out giving up any of his country's territory in a potential peace deal with Russia. In a BBC interview to mark a year since Russia's full-scale invasion, he warned conceding land would mean Russia could "keep coming back", while Western weapons would bring peace closer. บาคาร่า dg Mr Zelensky also said a predicted spring offensive had already begun. "Russian attacks are already happening from several directions," he said. He does, however, believe Ukraine's forces can keep resisting Russia's advance until they are able to launch a counter-offensive - although he repeated his calls for more military aid from the West.

For East Palestine residents John and Lisa Hamner, life as they knew it came to a screeching, flaming halt at 8:55 pm on 3 February. It was that day that a toxin-laden train derailed just metres from their successful garbage truck business, which they had grown from five customers to more than 7,000 over an 18-year period in and around this close-knit Ohio town. "It's totally wrecked our life," he told the BBC, choking back tears in the parking lot of his business, where the stench of chemicals and sulphur from the derailment remains powerful. บาคาร่า168 vip "I'm at the point now where I want out of here," he added. When the rent on her east London flat rose by £350 a month, BBC journalist Lorna Acquah decided to look elsewhere. Her search to find a new one was filled with long queues, bidding wars and greasy kitchens. For the past two months, I've been living in rental hell. My mornings begin with a new daily ritual - logging onto property websites to check the listings and dashing off as many messages I can. During the day, I race around the city to attend viewings. At night, I dream of magnolia walls and white metro tiles. lucabet888 My partner and I hadn't planned to move, but the tenancy on our flat - a one-bed shoebox in Dalston, east London - came up for renewal. The landlord wouldn't budge - he wanted £1,650 a month, a 27% increase. We could just about afford it, but after a leak flooded the bedroom we opted to try for something cheaper elsewhere.

British Gas owner Centrica has posted huge profits after oil and gas prices soared last year, sparking renewed calls for energy firms to pay more tax. Its profits hit £3.3bn for 2022, more than triple the £948m it made in 2021. Energy firms have seen record profits since oil and gas prices jumped after Russia invaded Ukraine. lucabet168 The figures come after British Gas was criticised over its use of debt agents to force-fit prepayment meters in the homes of vulnerable customers. Energy firms have faced huge pressure to pay more tax in the UK on their profits, as many households struggle with higher gas and electricity bills.

Last year a woman in India's northern state of Bihar was told her daughter's rapist had died and the case against him closed. She questioned the claim and uncovered the truth, leading to the reopening of the case and ultimately securing justice for her daughter. The BBC's Soutik Biswas investigates a remarkable tale of perseverance. On a balmy morning possibly in February last year, two men arrived at a cremation ground on the banks of the Ganges, India's holiest river. They were there to perform a Hindu funeral rite. The men were lugging firewood, but were strangely not carrying a corpse. บาคาร่าออนไลน์77 Once they reached the cremation ground, things took a bizarre turn. The men built a pyre on the ground. Then, one of them laid himself down on the pyre, covered himself with a white shroud and closed his eyes. The other piled more wood on until only the first man's head was visible outside the cage of sticks.

We still do not know what caused the sudden death of Duangpetch 'Dom' Promthep at the football academy in Britain to which he had been so proud to win a scholarship last year. It casts, for the first time, a sad shadow over a story which until now had not lost its power to inspire, to lift the spirits. บาคาร่า999 The astonishing saga of the Thai boys rescued from the cave in July 2018 was that rarest of things in the news business: a tale with an almost flawlessly happy ending. When we first got news that a group of Thai footballers had gone missing, I had dashed with my colleagues up to Chiang Rai, and then to the entrance of the Tham Luang cave complex, carrying just three days of clothes.

A public meeting that was meant to ease fears about a toxic chemical spill in an Ohio town only heightened anger when the rail firm at the heart of the disaster failed to show up. Representatives of the Norfolk Southern railway company, whose train carrying the chemicals derailed 13 days ago causing a huge fire, cited security concerns. After the derailment, emergency crews performed a controlled release of vinyl chloride from five railcars that were at risk of exploding. เซ็กซี่เกม66 Thick plumes of black smoke towered over the town, East Palestine, but crews monitoring the air quality sought to reassure locals that it was going as planned. Despite those assurances from officials, many residents say they continued to be frightened of the potential harms, which they say had impacted humans and wildlife alike.

In June 2018, the story of Duangpetch Promthep and 11 other young Thai footballers gripped the world. เช็กชี่บาคาร่า1688 For more than two weeks, the team's fate hung in the balance, as a diving team assembled from around the world sought to rescue the Wild Boars team from the Tham Luang cave. As the world watched, the boys and their coach were removed from the cave one by one while sedated with the drug ketamine. But for the boys - who were aged between 11 and 16 - their escape marked the beginning of a new challenge: dealing with the fascination of the world's media.

Female journalists in Iran have been targeted by security forces since anti-government protests began in September, activist groups say. Figures vary, but at least 17 have been arrested, an international group for press freedom says. Another puts the number about three times that or more. Iran has been gripped by some of the biggest protests it has seen since the Islamic Republic was founded in 1979. Nearly 20,000 people are estimated to have been detained since September. บาคาร่า88888 More than 520 protesters have been killed by security forces in that time, according to the Iran ian Human Rights Activists' News Agency (Hrana). The most recent arrest of a female journalist was that of Elnaz Mohammadi, who works for the reformist newspaper Hammihan. She was released on bail on Sunday.

Nikki Haley, the first candidate to challenge Donald Trump for the Republican presidential nomination, held her first campaign event in Charleston, South Carolina, on Wednesday. Hundreds of her supporters packed into a covered outdoor venue in central Charleston known as "the Shed". It's usually a site for weddings and live music, but on this day it was decked out in patriotic splendour, lined with red-white-and-blue bunting, an American flag over the stage and twin South Carolina palmetto and crescent moon state banners flanking a giant "Nikki Haley" sign. บาคาร่าauto A mix of '70s soul and rock classics belted out of loudspeakers before Ms Haley - who was born in in 1972 - made her appearance.

. The latest figures published by the government show the economy is recovering from the pandemic at a far slower pace than expected. At the same time prices are rising at the fastest rate in more than 40 years. บาคาร่าdg So what can the academic Kazuo Ueda do to fix the world's third largest economy? If approved by the country's parliament as the next governor of the Bank of Japan (BOJ), Mr Ueda has to deal with both slow economic growth and the highest inflation since 1981. On Tuesday, official figures for the last three months of 2022 showed Japan's economy expanded by 0.6%, much lower than forecasts of 2% growth. Meanwhile, data for December showed core consumer prices rose by 4% from a year earlier, twice the rate targeted by the central bank. Experts warn that the next governor of the BOJ will struggle to raise interest rates to curb inflation without harming fragile economic growth. .

Hundreds of captured Russian soldiers, conscripts, and mercenaries are held in these gritty buildings - one of 50 sites around Ukraine where they are detained. The crump of Ukrainian air defences could be heard in the distance as we were led into a basement, to be met with the sight of dozens of prisoners taking shelter from the Russian attack. Prisoner exchanges have become a regular feature of this war and for Kyiv it is crucial that they continue. Ukraine said this month it had secured the release of 1,762 men and women so far in prisoner swaps. These are highly sensitive operations, often taking months to arrange. Under the Geneva Conventions, prisoners of war must not be paraded or exposed to the public. บาคาร่า66 We were allowed to approach who we wanted and asked for their consent. But the guards were with us wherever we went and these men were unlikely to have been speaking freely.
